Jacqui Naysmith  BVetMed, MRCVS

I qualified in 1993 from the Royal Veterinary College.  I have a specific interest in Oncology (cancer), Opthalmology and Behaviour.  I joined the practice in 1995 and went into Partnership with Jane in 2001.  Our Partnership evolved into a Limited Company in 2011, with Jane and I becoming Directors.  I have two German Shepherds, two ginger cats, two chestnut ponies and two ginger children.

Heather Smith MA, VetMB, CertVD, MRCVS

I spent a couple of years "seeing practice" at Windmill Vet Centre as a vet student before qualifying as a Veterinary Surgeon from Cambridge University  in 1998.  My first job was to cover Jacqui's maternity leave at Windmill and it is great to be back here again!  I was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Dermatology in 2008 and am keen to see any pets with skin, ear or claw problems.

Anna Kerr - BVetMed, MRCVS

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012 and initially worked at a vet practice in Suffolk before returning home to work locally.  I joined Windmill Vets in October 2014 and live with my two very spoilt hounds Sammy and Merlin.  I enjoy spending time outside, walking my dogs, playing sport and horse riding.

  Maud

Maud Helwegen - DVM, MRCVS

I qualified in 2006 from Utrecht University, The Netherlands.  Straight after graduating I moved over to the UK to work in equine research at the Animal Health Trust, Newmarket.  Gradually I missed the practical side of veterinary work and moved back to The Netherlands in 2011 to start working in small animal practice.  The UK kept calling me though, so in November 2014 we moved back, and I joined the Windmill Vets Team.

I have an Ibizan Hound (Podenco Ibicenzo) called Sansa, who I rescued from Spain when I was there for a neutering project.

Lynne Steele - BVSc, MRCVS  (Saturday's)

I qualified from Bristol University in 1999 and have spent many years in both farm and small animal practice.  I have never been able to decide which area I like best, but I particularly enjoy medicine in all species.  I have three young children that keep me on my toes and an elderly cat that has proved one of the most difficult of any I have seen to give wormers and flea treatments too!  I also breed and show purebred Sheltie guinea pigs, which I thoroughly enjoy.
