To order food for your pet, you can phone (01296 715660) or email us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ); please give us at least 24-hours before calling in to collect,  in both cases we will need to know:

• your name as known to us
• your pet's name as known to us or your pet's practice number
• a contact telephone number to enable us to check any details with you
• the food you would like for your pet
• the quantity of food you would like

We will reply by email or text message once the order is ready for collection.
