Covid-19 Client Update

To all our wonderful clients; with the Government guidelines on only providing emergency treatment in veterinary practices and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to close our Buckingham practice until further notice in order for us to remain open and concentrate on providing emergency care from Winslow. 

We are running the practice on a mix of phone triage and essential consulting.  Please call or alert our reception team that you have arrived.   Please wait in your car, and call us to advise us you have arrived.  Our staff will collect your pet from the car when ready to be seen and return them to you. Unfortunately, we can’t allow clients to enter our premises at this current time. 

If anyone is self-isolating, has a cough or fever we ask that you do not come to the practice, but instead have a friend or family member residing at a different address to come and collect medication or bring your pet in for you. 

Please phone us after 11am, rather than visit to order medication or purchase worm and flea treatments.  These may also be ordered online via our website or you can send us an email to   We would be grateful if you could pay for these products over the phone, rather than when they are collected, to reduce the time you are at the practice.  Medications may be bought out to you if you telephone us to advise you have arrived. 

If you have any specific questions regarding your pet’s care during this time please email us on  We ask that you please email any non-urgent questions; this will keep the phone lines open for emergencies.  Please be understanding that our reception team is under huge pressure at this time so they may take slightly longer to answer your call. 

Our absolute priority is the health and safety of our staff, clients, and patients and we will take all steps we possibly can to continue to provide the best possible care for your pets.
