Client Update Effective 19th July 2021

As the restrictions lift, we would like to let you know our protocol whilst cases in the locality are rising.
We expect clients to continue to wear a face-covering whilst inside our buildings. Not all of our staff have received their second covid vaccination, our consultation rooms have limited space when in use and lack ventilation due to keeping your pets safe whilst in our care. Where possible, we would ask that only one person comes into the practice with their pet, although we make an exception with end-of-life care.
Please speak to a member of staff should you have any questions and we thank you for your continued support, as we work together on the road to normality.

Our Road Map out of Lockdown

We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding as we, like so many, have had to change the way we have worked for nearly a year.  With the good news from the Government about the opening up again of the country in stages,  we have made our own road map out of lockdown, which can be found here.  Our road map will be continually reviewed and changed should the local R numbers rise or the Government slow down their plan.   Please note, we will not treat people who have their vaccinations any differently from those who have not.
